These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by Clear Solutions Institute, LLC d/b/a ATM CEO (“ATM CEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the ATMCEO.com website, ordering services, or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATM CEO’s total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client for the services or products giving rise to the claim. In no event shall ATM CEO be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on ATMCEO.com are the property of ATM CEO or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or have derivative works created without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed in connection with these Terms and not to use such information for any purpose other than performance under these Terms.
The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the ATMCEO.com site or services, you consent to the practices described therein.
ATM-Up may update these Terms from time to time. ATM CEO will post the revised Terms on this page with a “Last updated” date. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
No Guarantee of Results. While ATM CEO and its affiliates are industry experts and will perform all services with professional care, we make no guarantees regarding the profitability, uptime, transaction volume, or financial returns of any ATM deployments, locations, or strategies. All outcomes depend on market conditions, site traffic, machine placement, surcharge strategies, and other factors beyond our control.
Client Assumption of Risk. Client acknowledges and agrees that any business decisions, investments, or actions taken in connection with our services are at Client’s sole risk. ATM CEO shall not be responsible for Client’s business performance, cash flow, or overall profitability.
